Los presentes términos y condiciones establecen la aceptación del servicio de programación de citas y pago de servicios en línea de Simply Fly S. de R.L. de C.V. con domicilio fiscal en Paseo de la Asuncion 734, Bellavista, Metepec, Estado de Mexico - 52172.

SERVICIOS

El paciente tendrá a su disposición la realización de la cita web y el pago de la misma solamente para un estudio habilitado en este sitio web el cual indicaremos su nombre en el siguiente punto.
Los servicios ofrecidos están sujetos a la disponibilidad en clínica.
El estudio de COVID-19 se estará realizando solo en los FBOs autorizados por los Laboratorios con los que Simpky Fly S. de R.L. de C.V. tiene convenio, los cuales serán los únicos que el paciente encontrará en la página para su selección para la realización del estudio.
El estudio que se tendrá habilitado para su cita y pago de la misma es "COVID-19" el cual brinda resultados para diagnóstico de este virus al paciente directamente, y si lo requiere, Medico y/o oficina de despacho Aeronautico (Operaciones FBO).
Los precios y servicios mostrados en el sitio web están sujetos a disponibilidad de ellos por base de operaciones y así como en las regiones en la República Mexicana.
Los precios de los servicios ofrecidos en línea pueden variar por región, fecha y horario de atención.

PRUEBAS DE ANTIGENO

Información relativa al procedimiento:

1. El procedimiento a realizar consiste en:

Un inmunoensayo cromatográfico rápido diseñado para la detección cualitativa de antígenos específicos del SARS CoV-2.
Pruebas autorizadas en México por medio de la COFEPRIS.El tiempo de entrega del resultado de la prueba es de 2 horas.

2. Propósito: El propósito y las limitaciones de la prueba, son en particular, que podrían identicar la presencia de SARS-COV-2 (CORONAVIRUS COVID- 19) para su seguimiento y tratamiento necesario.

3. Repetición de toma de muestra: En aproximadamente el 1% de los casos se le solicitará al paciente repetir la toma de la muestra para pruebas conrmatorias o descartar interferencias en el resultado.

4. Fines de investigación: Mediante la realización de esta prueba se puede obtener información del individuo estudiado no relacionada con la preocupación médica para la cual esta prueba ha sido solicitada, esto es para fines de control epidemiológico, investigación, estadísticos, entre otros.

5. Resultados: La interpretación clínica de los resultados se basará en la información científica disponible actualmente, la información clínica facilitada y el tipo de estudio solicitado. Los resultados pueden ser de dos tipos: positivo o negativo.Como sucede en cualquier prueba de diagnóstico y en específico para la prueba de ANTÍGENO, un resultado NEGATIVO no garantiza la NO presencia del virus o de la enfermedad, ya que esto dependerá de diferentes factores tales como;

a) El periodo de ventana de cada persona al inicio del contagio;

b) Sensibilidad, especificidad de las pruebas inmunocromatográficas. También reporta la literatura científica, que en presencia de baja carga viral al momento de la toma podría existir la posibilidad de que el estudio sea negativo. Todos los pacientes con pruebas con resultado NEGATIVO, pero que SÍ presentan síntomas de la enfermedad COVID-19, deben confirmar o descartar su resultado mediante la prueba confirmatoria de PCR en tiempo real y deben de tomarse las medidas como si el paciente portara la enfermedad COVID-19, por lo que se recomienda consultar las medidas implementadas por la Secretaria de Salud, de seguimiento a los pacientes positivos o consultar a su médico.

De igual forma, como sucede en cualquier prueba de diagnóstico y en específico para la prueba de ANTÍGENO un resultado POSITIVO no garantiza la presencia del virus o de la enfermedad. Los resultados positivos de test no diferencian entre SARS-CoV-2 y SARS-CoV. En caso de tener una prueba con resultado POSITIVO y NO presentar síntomas, se recomienda aislarse por 14 días en su casa y de preferencia aislado de otros familiares aun estando dentro de la misma casa. Una vez transcurridos los 14 días y si el paciente no presentó síntomas ya puede reintegrarse a las actividades normales nuevamente manteniendo las medidas de distanciamiento social, de higiene de manos y desinfección constante de supercies. Se recomienda consultar las medidas implementadas por la Secretaría de Salud, de seguimiento a los pacientes positivos de COVID-19.En caso de tener una prueba con resultado POSITIVO y si presenta síntomas, si los síntomas son bajos o leves, se recomienda aislarse por 14 días en su casa y de preferencia aislado de otros familiares aun estando dentro de la misma casa. Una vez transcurridos los 14 días es necesario que el paciente evalue nuevamente su condición de salud para asegurarse que se encuentra libre totalmente de la enfermedad COVID-19.Si los síntomas son más extremos y existen condiciones como dolor agudo de cabeza o dificultad para respirar, se recomienda acudir inmediatamente al hospital de preferencia del paciente y, que esté seguro, brinden asistencia a pacientes COVID-19. Es importante conocer en todo momento qué hospitales están preparados para recibir este tipo de pacientes. Se recomienda consultar las medidas implementadas por la Secretaría de Salud de seguimiento a los pacientes positivos de COVID-19

6. Toma de muestras: La muestra que se obtendrá será exudado nasofaríngeo.

La toma de muestras se realiza de la siguiente forma:

Exudado nasofaríngeo - Se le solicitará recostarse y elevar un poco su cabeza, introducirán suavemente un hisopo estéril con mango de alambre flexible (con punta de rayón o dacrón), paralelo al paladar, casi en su totalidad hasta llegar a la nasofaringe (aproximadamente 2.5 cm en adultos y un poco menos en niños); una vez ahí, se rotará el hisopo suavemente para frotar la pared de la nasofaringe (al frotar se obtienen células para su análisis), posteriormente se retirará el hisopo cuidadosamente sin dejar de rotar. Es posible que durante el procedimiento usted experimente molestias, dolor, sangrado y/o vómito en la nariz.

7. Riesgos: Aunque en la toma de la muestra los riesgos posteriores son mínimos, pueden presentarse casos en los que durante el mismo día exista dolor, inflamación, sangrado, y/o vómito leve. Cualquier molestia después de las 24 h de la toma, si los síntomas se agudizan se recomienda consultar a su médico.En caso de haberse sometido recientemente a cirugía de nariz o amígdalas (menos de 3 meses), se recomienda consultar con su médico la posibilidad de realizarse la prueba y es necesario contar con su autorización y presentar orden médica al momento del estudio.

DATOS DE LA COMPRA (REGISTRO Y PAGO DE CITA)

Como primer paso para el registro de la cita, el paciente deberá de leer y estar de acuerdo con los protocolos de atención en clínica así como declarar haber leído y brindado su consentimiento de la realización de la prueba del COVID-19
Posteriormente para la realización de la cita, el paciente deberá de llenar un formulario de evaluación de sintomatología avalado por la autoridad sanitaria con el cual podremos identificar si el paciente es apto para la realización del estudio.Es de suma importancia que el paciente conteste este formulario objetivamente y con una veracidad al 100%, ya que este estudio estará a la disposición solo a pacientes con factores de riesgo y síntomas comprobables al 100 %, bajo a una cantidad de pruebas limitadas por día.
Con base en el formulario llenado se detectará si el paciente tiene un puntaje ideal para la realización de este estudio. El paciente deberá de ingresar sus datos personales, de contacto, datos de la cita como fecha y hora.
En dado caso de desarrollar nuevas sintomatologías o aumento de ellas, el paciente deberá de esperar un lapso de 24 horas para intentar nuevamente y llenar el registro para la realización de una cita. Si la sintomatología se desarrolla en un tiempo menor de 24 horas el paciente podrá enviarnos una solicitud al correo ops@astraaviation.com.mx con el asunto “AGENDAR CITA 24 HORAS ANTES” para proceder con el acceso al formulario nuevamente.
El registro estará limitado a una vez por persona, por lo que será muy importante estar alerta a las sintomatologías del paciente.
El paciente deberá de obtener previa autorización del FBO en donde se realizará la prueba.
Si la cita a realizar no es para la persona quien está llenando el formulario es muy importante ingresar los datos correctamente del paciente así como con la información de contacto del paciente como lo es un correo electrónico y número de contacto.

TOMA DE MUESTRAS (DÍA DE LA CITA)

Al realizar la cita del estudio el paciente reconoce y acepta que será atendido en el FBO de su selección, en una area previamente asignada la cual estará habilitada o en condiciones para habilitarse por el personal del laboratorio.
El paciente deberá acudir a la cita con las medidas de seguridad recomendadas por las instituciones de salud como las que se mencionan aquí:
- Al momento de la toma del estudio cumplir con las siguientes preparaciones:
  - No haber consumido alcohol ni tabaco el mismo día de la toma.
  - No haber tomado medicamento 3 días previos al día de hoy. (Antivirales o antibióticos).
  - Si se está tomando medicamento es importante especificar el nombre del mismo.
  - No haber consumido goma de mascar (chicles) por lo menos 2 horas antes de la toma.
- Acudir con un cubre boca.
En base a lo anteriormente mencionado, el paciente al realizar su cita acepta que se le realizará dicho cuestionario en un segundo filtro donde se determinará si es apto para el estudio y de no ser candidato se cancelará cita y devolverá su dinero.
Es de suma importancia que el paciente acuda puntual el día y fecha seleccionada para su cita, llegando a la cita en un tiempo sugerido de mínimo de 15 minutos de anticipación.

CAMBIOS, CANCELACIONES Y DEVOLUCIONES

El paciente acepta y toma toda la responsabilidad de la compra de estudios y de los datos brindados para su compra.
Para proceder con una cancelación y devolución de lo pagado, será solo en situaciones brindadas por SIMPLY FLY S DE RL DE CV, como lo son: no ser candidato sospechoso del COVID-19 o situaciones delicadas de salud del paciente ajenas a que hayan afectado para acudir a la realización del estudio.
Para la realización de una cancelación y devolución del estudio pagado, el paciente deberá de realizar solicitud en un lapso de tiempo de 24 horas antes de la cita realizada enviando un correo a ops@astraaviation.com.mx con el asunto “CANCELACIÓN CITA COVID” con los siguientes datos:
- Nombre completo del paciente
- Fecha de nacimiento
- Número de celular
- Fecha y hora de cita
- lugar de cita

DATOS PERSONALES

El paciente es consciente de la información brindada en este sitio web y acepta que Simply Fly S. de R.L. de C.V. haga uso de ellos sólo para fines informativos y comerciales de la misma institución donde podrá recibir correos electrónicos, llamadas, mensajes de texto y mensajes de Whatsapp. Así como ser pasados a la secretaría de salud y epidemiología con fines estadísticos y de seguridad.
Al entrar al Sitio, crear una cuenta, hacer uso de los servicios digitales, al leer y aceptar los términos y condiciones, el paciente está manifestando que es mayor de edad y que tiene plena capacidad para el uso del sitio. En caso de que el paciente sea menor de edad, nos manifiesta que cuenta con la autorización de sus padres o tutores.

FACTURACIÓN

El paciente debe de asegurarse de haber ingresado correctamente los datos de facturación en el espacio correspondiente.
El comprobante fiscal de su transacción será enviado al correo electrónico asignado en un periodo no mayor a 72 horas despues de su pago.

PCR TESTS

c) Sensitivity, specificity of equipment and tests performed with real-time PCR, which are reported worldwide and that there could be at least 3% false negatives, as reported in the literature (Colin P. West, MD, PhD ; COVID-19 Testing: The Threat of False-Negative Results, Mayo Clinic Proceedings April 9, 2020). The scientific literature also reports that in the presence of a low viral load at the time of intake, there could be the possibility that the study is negative, even with the infection (Wang W, Xu Y, Gao R, et al.
