BEFORE THE FLIGHT

Our program - SELF CARE

A single rate for any flight made around the world, which includes the coordination of all the services requested by our users.

With our
SELF CARE program, our users have the option of paying a single fee per leg performed and directly pay each of the services, procedures or permits coordinated by SIMPLY FLY to their respective providers, eliminating the administrative fee for payment to third parties of 10 %.

Our program - FULL SERVICE

A lower rate for any flight made around the world, which includes the coordination and payment of all the services requested by our users through SIMPLY FLY.

With our FULL SERVICE program, our users have the same benefits offered by our service coordination team, and additionally we take care of the cost of all requested services, procedures and permits, that way, at the end of their flight, we generate a single invoice for all the concepts and services used during its international operations.

TERMS AND 
CONDITIONS

1. The cost per leg offered in the SELF CARE program includes the coordination of services under the concept of: Commissariat, Overflight Permits, Landing Permits, Overnight Permits,
SLOTs, PPRs, AROs, Transportation for passengers, Transportation for Crewmembers, Cleaning, Ground Support, Emergency Maintenance, Legal Advice, Medical Services, or any other additional service or concept required by the user to cover the immediate needs that arise during their flight , the cost generated by SIMPLY FLY providers to cover the services requested by the user, will be transferred directly to the user for settlement by their own resources at the time the provider requires it.

2. The cost per leg offered in the FULL SERVICE program includes the coordination of services under the concept of: Commissariat, Overflight Permits, Landing Permits, Overnight Permits, SLOTs, PPRs, AROs, Transportation for passengers, Transportation for Crewmembers , Cleaning, Ground Support, Emergency Maintenance, Legal Advice, Medical Services, any other service or additional concept required by the user to cover the immediate needs that arise during their flight, the administrative fee "ADMIN FEE" will be applied to the payment made by SIMPLY FLY on behalf of its users the concept of: Commissary, Overflight Permits, Landing Permits, Overnight Permits, SLOTS, PPRs, AROs, Transportation for passengers, Transportation for Crewmembers, Cleaning, Ground Support, Emergency Maintenance, Legal Advice, Medical Services, or any other additional service or concept required by the user to cover the needs i immediately that arise during your flight.

3. The ground supervision service is subject to coordination in each requested country, subject to changes without prior notice and availability of personnel, travel expenses and per diem for the supervising agent may apply.

4. Additional services charged per event apply as required by the operation if necessary or requested by the flight crew and / or operations manager.

5. Costs in US dollars applied to the DOF exchange rate on the day of each operation.

6. For billing, the administrative fee "ADMIN FEE" will be calculated according to the percentage indicated in the table of costs applied to the exchange rate of INTERBANK currencies paid in US dollars on the day of service, and this in turn, converted to MXN according to the exchange rate published in the DOF on the billing day.

7. Previously coordinated leg cancellations require a 72-hour notice prior to their scheduling, otherwise, the cancellation cost corresponding to the cost per leg will be applied plus the cost of permits or charges under the concept of: Commissariat, Overflight Permits, Landing Permits, Overnight Permits, SLOTs, PPRs, AROs, Transportation for passengers, Transportation for Crewmembers, Cleaning, Ground Support, Emergency Maintenance, Legal Advice, Medical Services, or any other additional service or concept required by the user to meet the needs of the canceled leg.

8. Any change in the itinerary of the requested flight legs must be notified at least 48 prior to its completion, otherwise the CANCELLATION fee will be charged.
